Founded in 2010, Vantrn is a company specializing in the development, application, and manufacturing of intelligent technologies for both industrial and civilian use, with intelligent automation technology at its core.

Vantrn's independent R&D center boasts numerous senior mechanical design and industrial automation engineers from both domestic and international backgrounds, and maintains long-term industry-academia-research collaborations with renowned research institutions worldwide. Vantrn develops and manufactures various intelligent automated polishing, deburring, cleaning, drying, and rust-prevention production lines for the auto parts and metal processing industries. These lines are among the world's best in terms of structure, functionality, product quality, and efficiency. The equipment has made significant contributions to solving production bottlenecks, overcoming technical difficulties, improving product quality and production capacity, saving labor costs, and reducing environmental pollution for domestic and international auto parts and metal processing companies. It also enhances the corporate image and core competitiveness of users, achieving a double harvest of economic and social benefits and receiving unanimous praise from users.

Company History

2010

Vantrn’s predecessor, Suzhou Vantrn Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was officially established in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. From the beginning, the company focused on precision processing equipment, entering the market with deburring solutions to address key pain points in industrial component manufacturing.

2015

Vantrn initiated its brand development strategy and successfully registered two trademarks, marking the first step toward long-term brand-oriented growth.

2018

The company completed its first major relocation, moving from Bacheng Town to Huanqing Road, Yushan Town, Kunshan. The expanded production site significantly increased manufacturing capacity and laid a solid foundation for future growth.

2020–2022

In response to the rise of intelligent manufacturing, Vantrn accelerated its strategic transformation from traditional machinery manufacturing to intelligent equipment solutions. The company was officially renamed Vantrn (Suzhou) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., and its registered capital increased from RMB 1.5 million to RMB 15 million, strengthening its R&D and production capabilities.

2023

This year marked a major expansion of Vantrn’s industrial automation business. The registered capital doubled to RMB 30 million with full capital contribution. The company built a comprehensive intellectual property portfolio covering automation control and intelligent inspection technologies, and was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a National Technology-Based SME, highlighting its strong innovation capabilities.

2024

Vantrn entered a new stage of diversified growth and regional expansion. The company relocated to Chengxiang Town, Taicang City, providing larger facilities for the R&D and integration of large-scale intelligent automation equipment. In the same year, Vantrn invested in the establishment of Vantrn (Suzhou) Vision Technology Co., Ltd., officially entering the intelligent vision inspection field and expanding into automated defect inspection and intelligent sorting solutions.

2025

Vantrn continues to deepen its intelligent industrial automation strategy, focusing on high-end intelligent polishing and deburring equipment, intelligent vision inspection systems, and full-line automation integration. By further strengthening core technologies, expanding application scenarios, and enhancing global market outreach, Vantrn is accelerating its transition into a comprehensive intelligent automation solution provider.
