1. Economical machine is a set of abrasive belt head structure. The abrasive belt rotates at high speed and moves rapidly from left to right. It grinds the surface of metal profiles quickly, removes oxide scale, removes burrs from slag, repairs pit scratches, and draws wire. Belt conveying and through grinding, one person at the inlet can discharge the material, and the outlet material will fall into the basket automatically.
2. Equipment is divided into water grinding and dry grinding. The water grinding equipment is equipped with paper-belt filter to filter the impurities of grinding iron slag, water recycling, energy saving and environmental protection. Dry grinding equipment is equipped with environmental cleaner to remove dust, reduce environmental pollution and protect the health of operators.
3. Equipment support customization: customize magnetic or vacuum adsorption machines to grind smaller workpieces; Customize other multi-station combination (multi-group abrasive belt combination, abrasive belt plus polishing wheel, etc.) for better quality and efficiency of polishing and wire drawing; Customize other processing width or thickness machines; Optional auxiliary configuration, such as multiple machine combinations, additional front and rear conveyor rollers, automatic feeding and unloading, etc., forms the production line.
4. Abrasive belt grinder: by three sets of high-precision abrasive wheel grinding heads, the workpiece with flatness error of 0.5mm can be ground to within 0.1mm at one time, if the material itself has a good flatness (error of 0.1mm), the highest accuracy can be controlled
within 0.03mm after grinding. If the customized belt is combined with grinding wheel, the highest accuracy can be controlled within 0.02mm. Customized grinding machines can be used to grind both the front and the back of the product simultaneously. The machine can be customized to finish product grinding and deburring at one time, reducing process flow and saving cost. The equipment can be widely used in rough grinding of precision parts. Compared with wheel grinder, it has lower cost (less than one fifth), higher efficiency (3-5 times higher than wheel grinder), more energy-saving, environmental protection and more convenient use.
