It can process 60-100 workpieces per minute, including various valve plates, friction plates, thrust plates, and partitions. The production line operates in a streamlined, modular fashion, allowing customers to purchase the entire line or select specific modules based on their needs.

2. This complete set of equipment is the world’s first automated double-sided polishing, grinding, cleaning, and drying production line. Wanchuang possesses complete independent intellectual property rights, including fully authorized invention patents and software copyright certifications.

Note: If oil-based rust prevention is required, the rust prevention process is completed after drying. Equipment customization is supported.
