Functionaldescription
The steel shaftatwork stationof steel shaftbelt(roll/disc)isofelastic structure,whichisflexibleandfitstotheendfaceof
workpieceandrunsathighspeed.Slagisbrokenandfallenoffbystrikingandcuttingslag.Comparedwithtraditionalabrasivebelt
grinding method, slag removal is more thorough, less than one tenth of the cost of consumables, more energy-saving andenvironmentalprotection;Theabrasivebeltisgrindedathighspeedbytheelasticpresstofittheendfaceoftheworkpiece, removingtheburrsatthefastopening,andtheflexiblecontactoftheabrasivebeltwiththeworkpiecereducestheabrasivebeltloss.Abrasiveblockisaflexiblematerial,whichisflexibleandclosetotheendfaceoftheworkpieceandrotatesathighspeedtocutthe
edgesand edges of the workpiece. Soft abrasive block can penetrate the grooves and holes of the workpiece toremove inverted burrs and chamfers.
