1. The equipment uses a roller conveyor and high-pressure water spray for more efficient and thorough cleaning. A squeezing mechanism between each cleaning step prevents cross-contamination of cleaning fluid, conserving cleaning solution. Drying is achieved through hot air circulation, leaving no water stains or watermarks after drying.
2. The total power of the equipment is approximately 20KW, with an energy consumption of less than 12kw per hour, compared to 70-80kw for traditional cleaning and drying machines. It uses approximately 1 ton of water per month, compared to 20-50 tons for traditional cleaning and drying machines. It occupies approximately 5x1m of space, compared to 15x2m for traditional cleaning machines. Cleaning efficiency is 5-10 times higher than traditional cleaning machines, resulting in a cleaner finish.
3. The equipment is a continuous, flow-through cleaning system, eliminating the need for material baskets or other fixtures. Products flow directly from the top into the conveyor mechanism, sequentially completing cleaning, rust prevention, and drying processes without manual intervention. This reduces labor and process steps, saving costs.
