FunctionalDescription
1. Single grinding wheel structure machine: adjacent grinding wheel rotates at high speed in both positive and negative directions, the whole combination rotates at low speed and moves left and right. Through grinding, brushing, sweeping, settling and other actions, the remaining burrs on the workpiece are removed and chamfers are chamfered in an all-round way. Replacing consumables of different sizes obtains different surface process requirements and adjusting different depressurization to obtain different cutting process. Surface roughness Ra0.5-2.5, R angle 0.2-1.5, cutting quantity 120um, accuracy can be adjusted and controlled.
2. The combination plate equipment is composed of abrasive belt and grinding wheel. The abrasive belt rotates at high speed and moves rapidly. The large flanging burrs are removed from the surface of the workpiece and the slag is smoothed out. The sharp edges and chamfers are removed by the grinding head of the grinding wheel.
3. The grinding head of the grinding wheel is soft material. It can penetrate the groove hole of the workpiece to remove the inverted burr without affecting the surface accuracy of the workpiece. For the plate with film on the surface, only the edge edge edge and corner burrs of the hole are removed without damaging the surface film.
